Hey all,

As an avid web comic fan whom here or those that randomly traffic through here is also a comic fan? There are a new up coming comics on the horizon and I was wondering just how much traffic of the art world here likes to read up on them. Also what ones are you favorites? If you want to add the "why" to that question that would also be truly great.

here are only a few of mine:

Penny Arcade (duh)
PvP
Real Life Comics
Sinfest.net
Sheldon
LeastICouldDo
VGCats

and many many more....

Thoothpaste for Dinner and xkcd are the comics that I hit fairly regularly. I keep going back to them because they are so . . bizarre. I also like them because there isn't a storyline to follow (although there are repeating characters) so I can miss a month or so and still be right where I need to be.
I catch Penny Arcade once in a while.

Thanks for your list. I'll take a look at the ones that are new to me.

Here's one for t-man:

UserFriendly - One of the first geek web comics, and still going strong.  While I don't find it as consistently funny anymore, it still has its moments.  It's great for poking fun at current events in the tech world.

SomethingPositive - This is more of a serial comic than most.  Core group of characters who go through all sorts of terrible things.  It can be incredibly funny, and incredibly sad... and as a whole always offensive.

Ctrl-Alt-Delete - A gaming comic that is almost as random as Penny Arcade, except it uses continuous story lines more.  While the author of the comic comes across as an arrogant prick, the comic is often pretty funny.
